What is the CRA’s position on Health Spending Accounts (HSA)?

A Health Spending Account (HSA) is also known as a Private Health Services Plan (PHSP). These plans were approved by CRA in 1988 as a way to allow businesses to provide tax free health and dental expenses for employees.
